The short version: Linda’s Smart Pick earns money when readers buy through our links. It costs you nothing extra, and it does not change our recommendations.
How it works
Many of the product links on this site are affiliate links. If you click one and make a purchase, we may receive a commission or a referral fee from the retailer or brand. The price you pay is the same whether you use our link or go directly to the store.
We participate in affiliate programs including PartnerBoost, and we may add others over time.
What this does not mean
- We are not paid to write positive reviews.
- Brands do not get to see or approve what we publish before it goes live.
- A commission rate never decides our ranking. We have recommended products that pay us nothing and told readers to skip products that pay us well.
- We do not accept payment in exchange for a specific rating, and we do not publish reviews written by the brands themselves.
How to identify affiliate links
Affiliate links on this site open in a new tab and are marked with the rel="sponsored" attribute so search engines can identify them. Any page containing affiliate links also carries a disclosure notice at the top.
Questions
If anything here is unclear, email hello@lindasmartpick.com. We would rather explain than have you wonder why you are seeing the products we recommend.
